What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Founder Associate Volunteer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform and community. This role is a unique blend of communication, organization, and passion for making a difference. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain job-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
  • Engage in active communication with employers, job seekers, and other partners to foster strong relationships and support our mission.
  • Assist in community building efforts by participating in forums, social media, and other platforms to increase our reach and impact.
  • Organize and support occasional events, including webinars, meetups, and workshops, aimed at empowering our community.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to align activities with our strategic goals and vision.

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for migrants.
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, with a willingness to contribute ideas and take initiative.
  • Experience in event organization or community building is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a remote environment.
