What You’ll Be Doing:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our platform and enhancing user experiences. This role offers the opportunity to merge your creative design skills with a passion for making a difference. This part-time freelance position offers the possibility to transition to a permanent role based on performance and company growth. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
  • Work with the CTO and development team to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.
  • Provide design maintenance and upgrades.

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience. But, we do believe in new career beginnings, that’s what we are about. So, if you are passionate about the project and our users, apply if you are just starting their career in UX/UI design. You should have:

  • A foundational understanding of design principles and tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
  • The ability to empathize with our target users, understanding their needs and frustrations.
  • A passion for problem-solving and a knack for creative solutions.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a nimble startup environment.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
